Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, goes to the outside provider that supplies results. We do not save a separate copy of those searches on our servers. A message sent to us contains only what the sender chooses to provide, and we use it to answer that message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps maintain the service and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How the Data Is Used
These limited data support site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Georgia agencies, Macon-Bibb offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination's policy. The same rule applies to sponsored results supplied by a third party.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Some jurisdictions grant rights to inspect, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. The research identified no comprehensive Georgia consumer deletion law comparable to California's system. Because we retain little, a request will generally involve our contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Government records held by Macon-Bibb County or Georgia agencies remain outside our control; corrections or redactions must go to the proper custodian. Eligible at-risk residents may also review Georgia's Safe at Home program under O.C.G.A. ยง 50-18-150 et seq.
Updates to This Policy
A revised policy will appear here. Using the site after the revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the new terms.
